WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We aim to ship your order within 3 days of the purchase. As you might know we are a little family run business so until we grow enough to have an employee, we have to do everything ourselves and realistically speaking this is how fast we can be!
HOW LONG WILL THE SHIPPING TAKE?
If you are UK based, you can choose at check out for first or second class deliveries, so the parcel will take 1 day (first class) or 3-5 days (second class). We send only signed for, so make sure you’ll be home to receive the parcel.
For international parcels, it’s hard to predict. Although Royal Mail says 5-7 working days for Tracked and Signed (available for North America and Europe only), in our experience it can take longer. For countries such as Australia, or South America and Asia, Royal Mail offers only Signed (not fully tracked) shipping method. Unfortunately shipping to countries as Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, has been often tricky and we would recommend to get in touch with us to arrange for a different courier, at different prices, but with better chances to arrive at destination!
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We are sorry but we do not accept returns. Everything is made to order to make sure we don’t have dead unused stock and to have the least impact on the environment possible. We encourage you to buy only if you really want to, and for this we thank you even more!
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT NOW?
In the unfortunate case your order gets to you broken or damaged due to a bumpy transit, please get in touch with us and take accurate photos of the damage box/bag so we can claim damages with Royal Mail. We will replace your order after receiving the images.
